A Little Note From Me...

Hi All, just to let you know I'm giving up baking - well for a week anyway. I'm off to get myself a sun tan so I can look like a bronzed healthy bride as opposed to a pasty white stressed one.

I will leave you with a picture of the magnificent (if I say so myself) Sausage and Egg Pie that I made probably about this time last year. I keep promising to recreate it for Jeff.

I know it doesn't strictly belong on here but look at it! It's beautiful!

    Him indoors would love some of this...it's like a scotch egg and pork pie rolled into one! You'll have to post the recipe x

    It is good. I only made it the once and it weighed a ton when it went in the oven! I have a fab scotch egg recipe which I've been meaning to try for ages. Your comment might have just inspired me to get on and give them a go!
